2nd MOOC for English language teaching on WizIQ

WizIQ has announced a follow up to its successful ELT Techniques: Vocabulary MOOC, with some big ELT names featured.

After its enormously successful first massive open online course (MOOC) for English language teaching entitled ELT Techniques: Vocabulary, WizIQ has announced that it will host the second in the series, ELT Techniques: Listening and Pronunciation. Created and overseen by Jason R Levine (also known as Fluency MC), the MOOC will begin on November 18, 2013 and feature numerous leaders and innovators in the field, including Sean Banville, Jennifer Lebedev, Paul Maglione, Chuck Sandy, Rachel Smith and Shelley Terell.

Chuck Sandy and Shelley Terell are internationally renowned authors, teacher trainers, and speakers. Sean Banville has created some of the most-used websites in the world for ESL/EFL teachers and students. Jennifer Lebedev of English with Jennifer and Rachel Smith of Rachel's English are two of the most successful teachers on YouTube. Paul Maglione is co-founder of English Attack!, a hugely popular site for learning English through media and gaming.

ELT Techniques: Listening and Pronunciation will comprise of live online classes delivered via the WizIQ Virtual Classroom and class recordings made available for viewing at any time. Participants will engage around the course content with the presenters, facilitators and one another in online discussions on WizIQ and on social platforms, such as Facebook.
