British Council TEFL open evening, 1st August 2013 - London
Are you thinking of making a career teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL)? Already qualified with a CELTA or Trinity Certificate in TESOL and looking for opportunities abroad?

The British Council employs over 2000 teachers worldwide and we’re growing. This year we need to recruit around 800 teachers and Senior Teachers to work for us on a variety of contracts overseas.

If you’re interested in finding out more, come to our free drop-in event in central London on Thursday August 1st between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. There will be shot presentations throughout the evening, as well as refreshments.

Call for proposals for the Seminar series 2013-14
The Seminar Series for English language teachers runs throughout the academic year at locations around the UK. We are seeking proposals from potential presenters and workshop leaders on a wide range of innovative topics and from a variety of backgrounds.

Whether you are an English language teacher, researcher or practitioner, if you would like to share your innovative techniques from the classroom, or cutting-edge research, please put forward your proposal today.
