British Ambassador praises JET Programme

Teaching-English-in-Japan-Education-david-warren.jpg In a symposium to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the JET Programme the British Ambassador, David Warren (pictured), praised the JET scheme for its contribution to Japan's international relations. Ambassador Warren noted that over 50,000 young people from around the world had come to Japan as part of the scheme and that many had gone on to distinguished careers in the public life of their own countries.
