Teaching-English-in-Japan-Education-Eigo-Noto" One of the most exciting events this year will be the Extensive Reading World Congress held September 4th and 5th in Kyoto. The provisional schedule has just been released and can be downloaded here as a PDF.

The World Congress represents the first time for all those involved with the extensive reading approach – teachers, scholars, writers and publishers – to gather under one roof for a conference dedicated purely to extensive reading. There will be a total of over 150 presentations during the conference consisting of plenary sessions, concurrent sessions, colloquia and workshops.

Speakers will include David R. Hill, William Grabe, Paul Nation, Richard Day, Jeong-Ryeoul Kim and many more.
