Round Up: Cengage donates $100,000 • Pearson fund hits $300,000 • McGraw Hill matches employee donations

To help in the relief effort following the Japan earthquake and tsunami, Cengage Learning is contributing $100,000 to the Red Cross, specifically dedicated to relief in Japan. Cengage Learning will also match employee donations worldwide.

The Pearson Japan Relief Fund has reached around $300,000 -- the full amount raised should be announced next week. McGraw-Hill has announced that it will be matching employee donations to Japan-related charities, but no details are available.

ELTBOOKS.com has donated ¥100,000 yen to Pearson's Japan Relief Fund and will continue to donate 50 cents for every message published on the We Love Japan message board.
