Limousine service to provide tourist information using iPads

Nikkei.com reports that "the major limousine service Hinomaru Limousine Co. is installing Apple Inc. iPads in its fleet, which serves upscale foreign-owned hotels in Tokyo. The devices will provide customers with information on hotel services and amenities, tourist sites in Tokyo and other information to better serve visitors from overseas.

Hinomaru Limousine provides chauffeured cars at six luxury foreign hotels in Tokyo, including the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, using a fleet of about a dozen luxury cars made by BMW and others, driven by English-speaking chauffeurs. It serves mainly foreigners traveling between the hotels and Narita airport."
