Interac has released a statement clarifying the situation regarding its reorganization. Excerpts: "...The Selnate Group is...taking this opportunity to benefit from Interac’s strong national and international reputation by renaming ourselves the Interac Group. This change will be effective as of October 1, 2010...The new group will simply take over all elements of the previous companies...The same executive and management team will continue, and our client contracts and employment contracts will simply roll into the new company... after careful consideration and consultation with the executive board members, the board approved changing the main shareholder of the Selnate Group to a long-term investment fund managed by Advantage Partners."
