Participants sought for ESUJ adult debate competition

ESUJ.GIFThe English-Speaking Union of Japan (ESUJ) is seeking participants for its eighth ESUJ Debate 2009 competition to be held on June 20 at the Tokyo International Exchange Center in Koto Ward, Tokyo. Applications are sought from pairs, who should be adults who are not current undergraduate or postgraduate students, with each pair consisting of at least one Japanese national.

The participation fee is 4,000 yen for non-ESUJ members or 2,000 yen for members. The organizer is seeking about 12 pairs. The deadline for applications is May 12. For details, call the ESUJ at (03) 3423-0970 and tell them that ELT News sent you!
