Dates of ETJ one-day certificate courses decided

ETJlogo.jpgThe dates of this year's Oxford University Press/David English House ETJ certificate courses in teaching Japanese students have been decided.

The Tokyo course will be at the Hongo Campus (near Tokyo Dome) of Toyo Gakuen University on Sunday June 14th, The Osaka course will be at Seifu High School on Sunday June 7th and the Nagoya Course will be on Sunday June 28th at Chukyo University.

Each training day will be divided into the following four sessions:

Teaching communicative competence to Japanese students
Alastair Graham-Marr (Tokai University)

Motivating and remotivating Japanese students
David Paul (David English House)

A practical approach to exam preparation
Grant Trew (ELT materials writer and testing consultant)

Dealing with vocabulary
Rob Waring (Notre Dame Seishin University)
