Free Interactive CD-ROM from ELTBOOKS.com
ELTBOOKS.com has announced that it will give away the Finding Out interactive CD-ROM (Eigo No Shima) with every copy of New Finding Out Level 1 purchased from its store. "The Finding Out CD-ROM is an acclaimed interactive educational experience for children -- we're excited to be able provide even more children with the opportunity to experience the delights of the CD-ROM." commented Russell Willis, president of eigoTown.com, the publisher fo the CD-ROM. The software was developed with David Paul, author of Finding Out and normally costs 9,980 yen. It was described by Gendai Kyoiku Shinbun as "THE English language learning software for children!"

One-Day Teaching Certificate Courses Underway
David Paul's One-Day Courses in Teaching English to Children are being held around the country. The next course will be held in Naha on January 21st, followed by the Tokyo course on the 28th with courses being held on subsequent Sundays in Matsuyama, Kanazawa, Nagoya, Osaka, Yokohama, Hiroshima, Fukuoka and Sapporo.The courses cost 12,000 yen (9,000 yen for ETJ members).
