Nova's High-Fiber English Diet

English conversation school Nova Co. have announced that they will upgrade from the current ISDN network to a fiber-optic network for students taking lessons at home. The higher speeds available with fiber-optics will allow for more "realistic" lessons. The new service, set to begin in the Kansai region next Monday, uses Internet protocol videophones. Of Nova's 360,000 students nationwide, 100,000 take lessons at home.
