EAP is not a teaching program, and no lesson planning is required. However, experience working with kids and the ability to deal with kids of different ages and language abilities is necessary. Also, Navigators must memorize scripts for at least 10 Activities that last approximately 30 minutes each.

Children's classes: Two or three kindergarten-age (3yrs ~) classes. Flexible curriculum based on in-house materials. An affinity with small children is important, along with Japanese ability.

Elementary school-age classes use New Finding Out, supplemented by in-house materials. Experience with the text (i.e. phonics-based learning) is desirable.

Adult classes: Classes are divided by level. Group lessons and person-to-person classes. Business English classes are also taught.
