About the company:
Established in 1972, Saiei International now runs 15 English schools and 1 English kindergarten in Saitama and Chiba Prefectures, providing high-quality lessons to over 3,000 students ranging from pre-school children to senior citizens.
It also provideｓ various learning events, such as English Summer Camps (both for kids and adults), an annual Speech Contest and various special seminars and festivals.
Saiei International adopts a unique and innovative method where Japanese teachers and Foreign teachers work together to maximize student's comprehension and participation. We believe that the students should do more than 80% of the talking and the teacher should serve as a coach, facilitating conversation as per our Mission Statement. To meet this goal, the company provides the teachers with extensive training opportunities, including 2-week initial training, monthly workshops, lesson quality video checks and an annual teaching contest.
We are now recruiting dedicated and professional English Instructors, who love children and also are good at working in a team. We see our foreign staff as part of our team, not as a guest. Saiei International offers you an extensive training and continued support, wishing all its employees, Japanese or non-Japanese, enjoy their teaching experience and grow both professionally and personally in a dynamic working environment.
